Featured Challenge Timeline
This week’s featured Challenge Timeline comes from William Clark who is utilizing the Fit Kit to help accomplish his goals. William’s goals are to lose 15 pounds while increasing his endurance and lean muscle mass as he prepares for a ballroom dance competition.
William’s 90-Day Challenge will be a tough one, but with someone that is as ambitious and dedicated as he is, anything is possible. He is utilizing a variety of different types of exercises to achieve his goal including strength training, spin classes and swimming.
With his continued dedication and with the wide-ranging exercises he is focusing on, anything is possible for William. When William completes his goal of losing 15 pounds it will be the first time he is less than 200 pounds in 35 years! By utilizing a variety of different cardio-focused exercises in addition to some strength training, there is no reason to doubt William’s projected results! After just one week on The Challenge he has lost over three pounds and taken an inch of his waist. Very impressive William!
