Featured Challenge Timeline
This week’s Featured Challenge Timeline comes from Stacey Anne Munoz. Stacey’s challenge falls in the Fitness Category and she is using the Core Kit to help her achieve her goals. Stacey has been waking up as early as 4:30am to workout and has been continually pushing herself to achieve her goals. She is engaging in Plyometric Cardio Circuit as she works towards shedding pounds and lowering her body fat percentage.
At the beginning of her 90 Day Challenge Stacey weighed 146 pounds and had 39% body fat. She has kept working hard and 25 days later is 142 pounds with only 31% body fat! Congratulations Stacey! On top of her great results, Stacey has decided to push herself to compete in a ‘Triple Crown’- three different races that are two weeks apart. The first race is a 5K, the send a 10k and the third is a 10 mile run! We wish you the best of luck in your races Stacey, there’s no doubt you are going to do great!
